1. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Priority is given to those who purchase and pay immediately at the cafe (non-online purchases).
2. Once payment is made, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
3. For online sales:
(i) Once your order form has been received, tickets will be reserved for you for 24 hours after we mail out the payment instructions to you. (via iBanking only)
(ii) Please proceed to make payment within 24 hours, otherwise your reserved tickets will be released back for sale
(iii) CW will not be liable for any lost mail or delays in delivery due to Singpost or any other third parties.
(iv) CW will not be responsible for any errors made during payment transactions (eg: wrong account number keyed)
(v) Online sales will close 3 working days before the show. After online sales are closed, you may still purchase tickets directly from the cafe (unless the show is sold-out).
(vi) If you choose to self collect for online purchases, please do so at least half an hour before the show.
4. To maintain fairness & due to limited no. of tickets, we are allocating the maximum up to 10 tickets per person for sale.
